1. Resemblance of the doll to the promotional pictures used for marketing: 9/10

The doll is exactly the same however, it looks slightly different, and I believe the main reason is the wig. The wig shown in the promotional pictures is of much higher quality, and that makes a big difference.

They have the most realistic skin in the industry. It’s absolutely breathtaking, the texture, the body painting, everything! You could easily mistake this body for that of a real woman.

3. Boobs: 9.8/10

The breasts are super soft and jiggle nicely. I deducted half a point because they still can’t replicate a natural look when the doll is lying on her back. Also, the breasts don’t jiggle naturally during missionary. I’m being very picky here, I’m not even sure that’s achievable with silicone.

4. Labia realism: 9/10

This is probably one of the most realistic labia that I have ever seen on a sex doll.

5. Butt realism: 9.9/10

I have tested their super-soft butt option and, oh boy!!! It is definitely worth it. It feels so much more natural, it’s amazing.

6. Hands: 10/10
Like the rest of the body, the hands look very realistic, and the fingers are articulated. The feet also have a wire in each toe, although they are not articulated.


7. Holes placement: 10/10
The hole placement is well done and realistically positioned.

At 71 lbs, this doll is heavier than the exact same model I reviewed a few months ago. I can’t be 100% sure, but this may be due to the gel butt option.

9. Articulation: 10/10
The joints were perfectly adjusted.

10. General impression: 9.7/10
This doll is very impressive. The realism of Real Lady is unmatched. The skin is textured and soft, while the breasts and buttocks are exceptionally supple.

This doll could easily be mistaken for a real person. Its weight makes it ideal both for first-time buyers and for seasoned sex doll owners.
